Frequently asked questions

Answers for private beta access, project workflows, media rights, Brand Kit, mobile and generation safety.

Private beta note:these support and legal surfaces are launch-readiness placeholders. Email accounts, helpdesk workflows and final legal terms still need Daniel's external setup and review.

FAQ

What is Torala Studio?

Torala Studio is a property media workspace for organising projects, photos, image sets, Brand Kit inputs and marketing asset plans.

Who is it for?

Estate agents, agencies, brokers, developers and property marketing teams preparing listing and launch materials.

Is it available now?

V3.1 is in private launch-readiness testing. Public access is invite-led.

What can I do in private beta?

Create projects, save property details, upload/review photos, choose image sets, save Brand Kit inputs and prepare marketing plans.

Does generation run automatically?

No. Provider generation, exports, billing and token charging remain locked until estimate, confirmation, ledger and dispatch systems are connected.

Who owns uploaded photos?

You should only upload media you have the right to use. Workspace media is designed to remain private to the owning workspace.

Can I use HEIC/iPhone photos?

HEIC originals can be stored, but browser previews may need conversion support. JPEG/PNG are the safest formats during early testing.

What is Brand Kit?

Brand Kit stores brand name, website, logo/files, colours, typography notes, contact details and voice/copy guidance.

Can I use it on mobile?

Mobile is planned as the capture/import companion. Web currently carries the deeper V3.1 project and package workflows.

How do I request access?

Use the private beta request form on the landing page. Requests are reviewed manually.

How do I contact support?

Support email and helpdesk setup are planned. Until Daniel confirms the mailboxes, support destinations are shown as pending setup.

Legal and data notes

Users must have the right to upload and process property media and brand files.

AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed before publishing once generation is enabled.

Generation, exports, billing and token charging are not active in V3.1 internal/private testing mode.

Data deletion and account deletion instructions need final policy and support routing before private beta.
